Salami Vegetable Noodle

This week, i was in Frankfurt at the Frankfurt Book Fair with my boss for four days. We have had a lovely Turkey food every evening with rice during our stay in Frankfurt. Rice is good but everday Rice is little bit boring so I decide to make noodle today. Actually I have planned to cook a Vegetable Noodle as I am eating almost everday meat and want to loose some weight, when I go to Nepal on November. I loose 5 Kilo during my Kaiash Trip toWest Tibet but I am afraid slowly eating German Bratwurst I am gaining again some weight. but when I saw Salami in my freeze, i cann't stop to add some Salami on my noodle and it comes out good.

wish you a Happy Dasain!
