Mutton~Lamb with Curry and More2

This is the best lamb that I ever cooked. Very different taste, delicious. I bought the lamb at a new Turkis butcher, who had opened his new shop near by my place.

Ingredient

 

  • 700gm chopped Lamb ribs
  • 1 tea spoon Cucumin seed
  • the lamb ribs contains enough fats, so i donot used any cooking oil.
  • 2 finely chopped ginger
  • 2 finely chopped garlic
  • 3 Cardamoms ( Elaichi)
  • 1/2 tea spoon turmeric
  • 2 tea spoon Curry power
  • 1 tea spoon Garam Masala
  • 2 tea spoon hot curry Masala
  • 1 tea spoon Meat Masala
  • 8 small finely chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 2 finely chopped onion
  • 2 finely chopped spring onion
  • 3 Bay Leaves ( Tej Pat)
  • Chilly ( according to taste)
  • Salt ( according to taste)


Process:
.

  • Take a non stick pot, heat it for 2 minutes.
  • Add the 700 gm chopped lamb ribs, add salt and cooked it for 20 minutes, stir the lamb continiously.
  • Add the finely chopped onion and 3 Bay leaves, stir the lamb properly till the onion melted with the meat.
  • Add the finely chopped 8 small tomatoes,stir it for few minutes.
  • Now add all the rest spices except spring onion, stir it properly. Add 2 tea cup of water and cover the pot with the top.
  • Decrease your hotplate of 1,5 and Cooked it for 15-20 minutes and the delicious Lamb is ready to serve.
  • Before serving, add the finely chopped Spring onion and leave the pot on the off hotplate for 5 minutes.
  • Estimate cooking time 45-50 minutes.
